Same issue here basically.
I use NZBIndex for up to 1100 days since it has the best advanced
search queries/filtering for me.
I use NZBKing for older stuff (I've gotten results out to ~3100 days or
about 8.5 years) but it has almost no filtering options and is best
when you have enough filename info to reduce extraneous results.
Beyond that I load all headers on the group(s) I want to search, but I
tend not to use this as the default as it makes checking new headers
slower for day-to-day use.
