Beta 8 Changes (Warp speed, Mister Sulu)

Several optimizations to significantly speed things up.
Added check for CBR archives mislabelled as CBZ, and CBZ archives
mislabelled as CBR.
- This explains several false negatives once the archive secific test
tools were used.
- Based on initial testing, there are a lot of mislabled archives
out there. Many tools (comic readers, dearchivers, etc.) support
multiple archive types and ignore the file extension.
They will process the comic archive without warning as long as the
actual archive type is supported and the archive is uncorrupted.
Release Notes:
Remember it's beta software and you should check any archives marked
CORRUPT before trashing them!
Archives marked OK should be fine as that test case is FAR simpler.
In no case, will the tester ever delete an archive. Worst case, if
there is a filename clash (including date timestamp) it will leave the
filename alone.
Tags and logging still indicate files detected as corrupt. Note: tags
can be cleared in the file get info box.
