He is trying to lure people into 'trading' content for content. That
is an extremely dangerous way to behave for everyone involved.
It is also a very suspicious way to behave. It would be a mistake to
contact that person and suicide to actually send him anything. There
are many other places you can go on usenet to find what you're looking
for.
