By Agreement with whom? Is it with the DH web-site? so they can continue to
milk subscribers? Is there a DH foundation that would be permantly damaged
by "exposing" his works?
I reckon its the dollar factor, after all Boubalon, mann, et al all have
been posted here so what makes Hamiltons work so precious, must have sold
enough books by now!
