Astraweb sets limits on lines per article. If you are using powerpost
you need to go into settings and decrease your line count.

YEnc PowerPost and Post Too Big error
When using yenc powerpost, here are some hints so as to avoid your
posts being rejected with the message "441 Article too big for this
server" (or some similar message).
- Launch YEnc Power Post (http://powerpost.cjb.net/).
- Under the menu option "View" --> "Program Settings", go to the tab
labelled "Program" and change the "Default Max Lines Per Part" to
something reasonable.
Our current article size limit is 1500000 bytes. With each yEnc line
being 128 bytes, that works out to be a maximum of 1500000/128 = 11718
lines. Once you take into consideration all the prerequisite lines
(subject, date, poster, etc.) and any custom lines that posting
software might put in, we suggest you use no more than 11500 lines,
give or take 200. If you find that you're getting "Article too big"
messages, try again with a smaller number of lines.
The aim here is to configure as many lines as possible without
exceeding the 1500000 byte limit. Remember: The more the number of
lines, the larger each article becomes. The larger each article is,
the fewer the number of articles or the fewer the number of parts per
post. The fewer the number of parts, the fewer the number of headers
that get created. That makes headers faster to download per group.
